Employees get paid based off units completed within quality standard defined with metrics from Servant Leadership in advance of them starting the work. Ideally a Corporation will refine metrics yearly before the next year starts.

Servant Leadership and Employee Bonus are paid based on a formula of company profits and units completed within quality. Please remember Servant Leadership must predefine these metrics by job function and department in advance of the year.

Medical Benefits for an Employee to receive medical benefits paid by company they must complete minimal medical benefit metrics with quality set by company before year starts. Governments may step in to regulate these metrics.
