I have been successful in many roles in my career and want to share with the younger generation what they were in course outline but session will be pure Q&A from audience only. My important advice is to stay in touch with your Higher Power, for me that is God, Jesus, and Holy Spirit. I respect you might have a different set. Let them guide you on making you a good person and never compromise your Integrity or Heart. IT Developer Tech Lead was driven a great technical leader MBNA(BOA), and JPM Morgan (Power Builder, C, C++, Plexus, FileNET, Unix, Windows, OS2, Sun Sparc, PC) At BOA delivered 70% of team objectives myself, including Credit Balance Refund Process, Visa Document integration, and many smaller enhancement.
